Strengthen Communication

Strong organizational communication is one characteristic of a great workplace. Communication includes both formal and informal methods that are regular, personal and two-way.

Within Know Better Place, initial efforts under this pillar include exploring our communication efforts and looking for ways to improve how we deliver messages throughout the Health Center; launching a website that is a portal for our employees and prospective employees showcasing why we are a great workplace; and seeking an employee engagement survey tool.
