CT Elderly Services Division
Offers Department of Social Services (DSS) services to the
elderly, persons with disabilities, families, and
individuals who need assistance full potential for
self-direction, self-reliance and independent living.
Geriatric Associates at UConn Health
Find physicians who provide comprehensive care for patients,
including ongoing primary and preventive services, such as
regular check ups, immunizations and flu shots, and more.
