classes available to UConn Health employees.
Get to the Core with Pilates
Pilates is a wonderful, no impact form of exercise that helps you improve your posture, flexibility, core strength and body awareness. The class will also help you gain energy, reduce
stress, prevent or nurture minor low back ailments, and bring balance to your body and mind.
When: Tuesdays, 12:30 to 1:15 p.m.
Where: HR Training Center, Munson

Fee: $8 per class. Buy 10 tickets and the11th class is free!

The Ongoing Weight Watchers at Work Program
Looking to shed a few pounds? Here’s a convenient option,
the Weight Watchers at Work Program. The programs offers
Flexibility – When you sign up for you’ll get access to
weekly At Work meetings and unlimited local meetings, plus e-Tools, an internet weight-loss companion.
Convenience – The meeting takes place at UConn Health so even the busiest professionals can still
attend. Employees who are current Weight Watcher members in the
community are welcome to attend the meetings.
Daily motivation – Since a majority of your week is most
likely spent at work, attending Weight Watchers with your
co-workers creates a great network for ongoing support and
